Summary

IT IS SHOWN THAT THE INTERNAL FRICTION ANOMALIES AT DIFFERENT FREQUENCIES IN THE SAMPLES OF HIGH CRITICAL TEMPERATURE LANTHANUM-STRONTIUM AND YTTRIUM-BARIUM METAL-OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTORS AT THE TEMPERATURES NEAR 24, 44, 55 AND 90 K CAN BE DUE TO THE PHASE TRANSITIONS IN CONDENSED OXYGEN.
