Summary

THE LIQUID AND FREEZE DRIED ANTIGEN WAS TESTED WITH AND WITHOUT STABILIZING AGENTS ; ON THE FREEZE DRIED ANTIGEN THE INFLUENCE OF RESIDUAL MOISTURE WAS ALSO TESTED. THE OPTIMAL STABILITY 2.7 YEARS AT 1 deg C, 2.3 MONTHS AT 20 deg C, WAS OBTAINED FOR THE FREEZE-DRIED HAEMAGGLUTINATING MEASLES VIRUS ANTIGEN WITH 2% SUCROSE + 0.5% GELATIN AND A RESIDUAL MOISTURE OF 2%.
