Summary
Three independent modules for creation of superclean oxygen, nitrogen and argon were considered. The influence of the reflux ratio on the number of theoretical plates was estimated with the given cleanliness of a flow of a feed and the influence of structure of a flow of a feed on the number of theoretical plates in a column.
