Summary

Certain technological processes require a very high purity of cryogenic products obtained in air-separation plants. Research has made technically pure products possible through the low-temperature rectification method. The theoretical bases of the processes are presented, along with examples of how the purification process is calculated for a certain number of industrially important cryogenic products. The results of the calculations are confirmed through the data obtained from experimental and industrial plants designed and constructed according to the proposed method.
