THE PURPOSE OF THE PAPER IS REPORTING THE SURVIVAL TIME OF SCANIA CARNATIONS STORED AT 273 K (0.C) AND FED, ONCE BACK TO AMBIENT CONDITIONS, WITH WATER OR A NUTRIENT SOLUTION. THE AA. DESCRIBE THE TEST CONDITIONS AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED. THE MAXIMUM STORAGE TIME AT 273 KIS THREE WEEKS. THE ADVANTAGE OF THE NUTRIENT SOLUTIONS, WHICH GIVE BETTER RESULTS, IS THE GREATER AS COLD STORAGE WASLONGER. A.G.
