Summary
The air conditioning of aircraft cabins includes pressure and temperature control. The fresh air for the passengers is taken at the outlet of the engine compressors and controlled by the bleed system independent of the engine's operating conditions. The pressurized air is cooled and dried as required. Through check valves, the fresh air enters the pressurized fuselage and the air distribution system. The cabin pressure is controlled in line with the flight profile.
