AIR FLOW PATTERN AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE ECONOMY OF AIR CONDITIONING.

Author(s) : BROCKMEYER H. P.

Summary

THIS STUDY EXAMINES THE VARIOUS FORMS OF AIR FLOW PATTERNS AND ENERGY ASPECTS, AND DESCRIBES NOVEL SYSTEMS AND AIR OUTLETS FOR AIR FLOW FROM BELOW IN AN UPWARDS DIRECTION. RESULTS ARE BASED ON EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH AS WELL AS ON PLANTS ALREADY IN EXISTENCE. THE SAVINGS IN OPERATING COSTS RESULT ESSENTIALLY FROM A REDUCTION OF THE REQUIRED AIR FLOW RATE.
