Summary
General features of air handling and atmosphere conditioning systems for manned spacecraft are described. Exemples of the Space Shuttle Orbiter and Spacelab Module systems are briefly presented. Japanese Experiment Module, which is to be attached to International Space Station "alpha" at the beginning of the next century, will serve the same shirt-sleeve environment as Shuttle Orbiter.
