Summary
The experiences of a Berlin company with ammonia refrigerating plants are described. The range of application is discussed, along with the possibilities of testing components and materials of the ammonia circuit. Recommendations are given on planning, assembling and operating, as well as on modifications necessary for meeting current safety requirements.
