Summary
The authors present the results of environmentally friendly refrigerant R407C condensation in pipe minichannels with internal diameter d = 0.31 ÷ 3.3 mm. The local and average heat transfer coefficient throughout the process of condensation (x = 1 ÷ 0) were determined. The effects of the vapor quality and the mass flux density on heat exchange intensity were illustrated. Obtained results allowed to expand authors own database to the value of the heat transfer coefficient for refrigerants R134a, R404A and R407C. On the basis authors own relationship was developed, which allows to set the value of the heat transfer coefficient during condensation of refrigerants in pipe minichannels. Own results were compared with the calculations results by the proposed relationships and dependences of other authors.
