An investigation of sick absences from work in office buildings.
Author(s) : ROWE D. M., WILKE S. E.
Type of article: Article, Review
Summary
A carefully documented survey was made of the incidence of sickness in a number of office buildings in the area of Sydney, over a period of several years. This appears to refute the theory that respiratory infections result either from air-conditioning or from a limited supply of fresh air. Other factors are suggested, but none of these is significant over all the buildings. A.R.T.
