Summary

According to the test results, it is shown that 26% of the tested refrigerators present a temperature above 8 °C. The mean temperature for 119 refrigerators is 6.6 °C (minimum 1 °C and maximum 11 °C). The survey points out that the temperature level inside the refrigerator is the result of numerous interactions between various parameters, linked to consumer practices and refrigerator design.
