Summary
To evaluate the heat and moisture transfer performance of cooling tower objectively in the non-full rated operating state in transition season or winter, takes an open-type cross-flow wet cooling tower as research object based on the basic theory of heat and moisture transfer for cooling tower. Analyses the effects of outdoor wet-bulb temperature, inlet water temperature of cooling tower and water-air ratio on the heat and moisture transfer performance of cooling tower all year round and the characteristic of cooling capacity deviating from rated working condition. Discusses the suitable operation conditions of cooling tower in Beijing, Nanjing, Xi'an and Chongqing in transition season or winter.
