Summary
Automatic hot-gas defrosting of the large air coolers specific to the food industry (in storage places, refrigerating of freezing tunnels for food products) is discussed. Data on the characteristic parameters of defrosting (specific temperatures, condensation pressure of the hot gases, average water quantity discharged, etc.), and how they charged during the process, were compiled.
