Summary

The paper describes the technical options studied and the one finally chosen. On October 1, 1995, or after 68,000 hours of operation, the chilled water was delivered to the IBM France computer centre, with no deviation from the required temperature and pressure tolerances, i.e. 6 deg C, plus or minus 2 deg C, for the temperature and 2 bars, plus or minus 0.5 bar, for the differential pressure.
