Summary

FIRST OF ALL, THE AUTHORS DEAL WITH THE USE OF EXTERNAL COLD AIR IN THE MEAT INDUSTRY, AND THEY DESCRIBE THE METHOD OF AUTOMATIC OPERATION OF THESE SYSTEMS. THEN, THEY DESCRIBE A METHOD FOR MEASURING THE AIR SPEED INSIDE THE COLD ROOMS, AS WELL AS THE SYSTEM FOR THE REFRIGERATING PLANT USING NATURAL COLD. BY REFERENCE TO RESULTS OF THE STUDY, RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FORMULATED FOR THE USE OF THIS COOLING SYSTEM. R.R.
