Summary
A SIMPLIFIED MATHEMATICAL MODEL AND ITS CALCULATION ALGORITHM ARE PROPOSED ; IT IS A TWO-PHASE GRAVITATIONAL THERMOSIPHON. THE EXPERIMENTAL PLANT IS DESCRIBED AS WELL AS THE RESULTS OF THE INVESTIGATION CARRIED OUT INTO THE COOLING OF THE REFRIGERANT FLUID WITH A THERMOSIPHON. THE RELATION BETWEEN THE HEAT FLUX DENSITY AND THE COEFFICIENT OF UTILIZATION OF NATURAL COLD, ON ONE HAND, IS SHOWN, AS WELL AS THE RATIO OF THE SURFACE OF THE EVAPORATION AND CONDENSATION REGION OF THE THERMOSIPHON ON THE OTHER HAND.
