Summary

A VARIANT OF THE NEW CONTROL METHOD FOR VACUUM FREEZE-DRYING IS PRESENTED. ITS TECHNICAL REALIZATION IS SHOWN. THE TEST VERIFICATION OF THE PROPOSED METHOD CARRIED OUT ON THE USS-10 PLANT SHOWED THAT THE INTRODUCTION OF THE INLET PARAMETER < INTENSITY OF MOISTURE REMOVAL > IN THE CONTROL OPTIMIZES THE TIME OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL CYCLE AS A FUNCTION OF DRYING PERIODS. WITH THIS DATA, THE QUALITY OF THE DRY PRODUCT DEFINED BY ITS BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY IS MAINTAINED AT ITSINITIAL VALUE.
