Summary

Researchers at Cemagref have investigated a commercial refrigerating plant operating with recirculation and using R404A, a slightly zeotropic refrigerant. Although constituent separation is not taken into account, measurements have shown that the use of R404A does not noticeably affect plant performance, even if a few differences are noted. However, it is difficult to generalize concerning the "evaluation" of the impact of these effects.
