IN ORDER TO BALANCE ANY SYSTEM IT IS NECESSARY TO BE ABLE TO MEASURE THE ABSOLUTE AIR AND WATER QUANTITIES ACCURATELY. PART 2 PROVIDES A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INSTRUMENTS AND THEIR APPLICATION TO ACCURATELY MEASURE THE AIR AND WATER FLOW RATES.
