Type of article: Article
Summary
The ballistic regime of the thermal conductivity of the sodium chloride-sodium chloride point contacts is studied in the temperature range of 4.2 to 65 K. A low temperature increase in the coefficient of the phonon energy transfer through the contact boundary is revealed along with the size effect of the mesoscopic anomalies in the point contact thermal conductivity at 25 to 50 K.
