Summary
A collision jet stream way-type steel belt freezer was marketed by the authors' company. This equipment was compared with the usual steel belt freezer. The authors showed that rapid and high-quality freezing for sanitation was possible and also saved space and energy. In particular, big improvements in structure were achieved tahnks to improved washing as a requirement at the level of the user. The removable full flap automatic opening and closing door and slit nozzle are the main characteristics.
