THE BUILDING SYSTEM OFFERS THE SELECTION OF ROOFS WITH A SPAN RANGING BETWEEN 24 AND 54 M. THE CROSSSWISE SPACES BETWEEN PILARS ARE COVERED WITH STEEL ROOF GIRDERS. LENGTHWISE SPACES ARE 6 M AND HEIGHT IS 7.8 M. EXTERNAL WALLS ARE MADE OF LIGHT SANDWICH PANELS, PROTECTED AGAINST SOLAR RADIATION BY A SCREEN OF SECTIONAL STEEL. THE COLUMNS OF PARTITION WALLS PASS THROUGH THE CEILINGS AND ARE GALVANISED OR ARE LOCATED AGAINST ROOM WALLS. THIS SPACE CAN BE USED AS FIRE BREAK. THE SIZE OF COLD ROOMS RANGES BETWEEN 9 X 12 M AND 24 X 18 M. THE ROOMS ARE DESIGNED FOR TEMPERATURES OF 253/238 K (-20/-35 DEG C) TO 288 K (15 DEG C).
