THANKS TO MODERN DEVICES, TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT IS RAPID AND EASY. NEVERTHELESS, IT IS IMPORTANT TO WONDER WHETHER THE VALUE GIVEN BY THE APPARATUS REALLY CORRESPONDS WITH THE REAL TEMPERATURE OF THE SPACE BEING MEASURED. IN THE ARTICLE, THE IMPORTANCE OF THE PROBE ERROR, IN THE SPECIFIC CASE OF THE ONE-TUBE CONDENSER, IS EXAMINED. A THEORETICAL STUDY ON THE DISTURBANCE OF THE TEMPERATURE FIELD, BROUGHT ABOUT BY THE PRESENCE OF THE PROBE IN THE WALL MASS, AS WELL AS AN ANALYSIS OF THE HEAT TRANSFERS INSIDE THE THERMOELECTRIC PAIRS THEMSELVES, HAS MADE IT POSSIBLE TO EVALUATE THE ERROR ARISING DURING THE MEASUREMENT OF WALL TEMPERATURES AND OF THE FLUID IN THE ANNULAR SPACE.
