Summary

Draft proposal of an Italian regulation concerning a simplified procedure for calculating the summer indoor temperature of buildings without any air conditioning apparatus. This task is accomplished by means of simple procedures, based on factors accounting for the thermal response of the building structures; these factors are given in tables as functions of the overall heat transfer coefficient and of the mass per unit of surface area of the building elements.
