Summary
MATRA and the CNES have together investigated a device similar to a refrigeration cycle, in which the evaporating fluid is pumped by capillarity, through a loop, in the evaporator. The phenomenon shows oscillation characteristics which are studied. The device is designed for temperature control in a space satellite.
