Carbon dioxide concentration-based ventilation control.
Author(s) : VACULIK F., PLETT E. G.
Summary
The principles of a carbon dioxide concentration-based system for ventilation control are discussed. The mathematical representations for some cases that lend themselves to analytical solutions are presented, and the equation forming the basis for a numerical solution of a more general case is also given. Three control strategies are examined and simulated for a typical occupancy profile during a working day.
