Summary
The article presents a new heating and cooling system targeted at the new residential building types currently being developed. The system, using hot water, can also be run with chilled water and thus features cooling capability as well. The heat source can provide also sanitary hot water for central supply systems in multi-family housing units, and has been made compact enough for installation within a pipe shaft.
