Summary

THE SEARCH FOR QUALITY IN MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS WHICH ARE SENSITIVE TO INERT PARTICLES OR BACTERIA CONTAMINATION LEADS TO THE USE OF < CLEAN ROOMS >. THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND UTILIZATION TECHNIQUES OF THESE < CLEAN ROOMS > MUST BE COORDINATED AND CONSISTENT ONE TO THE OTHER. THIS CONSISTENCY IS DEPENDENT FIRSTLY ON STAFF TRAINING, FOLLOWED BY TREATMENT OF THE AIR, THE FLOOR AND FLUIDS AND THE CLOTHING USED. THE METHODS ADOPTED MUST BE VALIDATED EVEN BEFORE THE FIRST PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED AND PERIODICALLY CHECKED. J.L.
