Summary

Unless a survey has been conducted beforehand, it is particularly difficult to define a resource envelope for air conditioning in retail premises. There is no comparison between a shop with high internal heat load and equipment integrated in fittings and a supermarket requiring centralized technical management. Each case must be considered unique and the client's needs must be detected and met, even if the client find it difficult to express them.
