Summary
The author describes the interaction between refrigerated display cabinets and ambiant conditions in supermarkets and concludes that is necessary to achieve sufficiently dry interior ambiant conditions and to provide un ultra-dry air curtain (2-3 g/kg) in front of open vertical display cabinets using laminar flow.
