TO DETERMINE WHICH ALTERNATIVE BEST SUITS DESIGN YEAR REQUIREMENTS, AN ANALYSIS MUST BE COMPLETED, WHICH MUST ADDRESS INVESTMENT COSTS AND TOTAL OPERATIONAL COSTS. OPERATIONAL FACTORS SUCH AS EXPANDABILITY, FLEXIBILITY AND MAINTAINABILITY MUST ALSO BE CONSIDERED. THE PAPER OUTLINES AN APPROACH REQUIRED WHEN CONSIDERING HIGH RISE REFRIGERATED WAREHOUSING APPLICATIONS.
