Type of article: Article
Summary
The main technical characteristics of the split Stirling linear-drive microcryogenic systems (MCSs) being developed are presented. The 3rd class MCS is described, whose thermal load, received from the photodetector, does not exceed 0.4 W at 80 K plus ou minus 2 K. An analysis of the comparison methods for evaluating the home and foreign MCSs is performed.
