Summary
This article puts forward four energy system schemes for a university to satisfy the demands of heating, power and cooling load, i.e. the schemes of conventional gas boiler, CCHP system with gas-steam combined cycle, CCHP combined with heat pump system, and CCHP system with electricity generated for owner's consumption. It analyses and evaluates the economics, energy efficiencies and environmental protection of the four schemes. The conclusion is that the last scheme is the best.
