Summary
THE ARTICLE DESCRIBES A COMPUTER METHOD FOR SIMULATING AND OPTIMIZING THE VALVE OF A RECIPROCATING REFRIGERATION COMPRESSOR. EXPERIMENTS WERE CARRIED OUT ON A REFRIGERATION COMPRESSOR WITH A CYLINDER OF 70 MM-BORE. THE OPTIMIZATION WAS ON THE VALVE STROKE AND ON THE SPRING RESISTANCE OF THESE VALVES, THANKS TO THE SWIFT METHOD. RESEARCH CONCERNED PARTICULARLY THE COP DETERMINATION.
