Summary

IT IS SHOWN THAT FOR THE SAME TIN-GERMANIUM SAMPLE WITH A FIXED DISTRIBUTION OF TIN GRANULES, ONE CAN APPLY THE CRYSTALLIZATION OF AN AMORPHOUS GERMANIUM TO CONTROL THE BARRIER TRANSPARENCY BETWEEN GRANULES AND TO CHANGE THE SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION CHARACTER FROM A PARTIAL TRANSITION ASSOCIATED WITH SUPERCONDUCTIVITY OF SEPARATE GRANULES TO A COMPLETE ONE TYPICAL OF PARTICLE SYSTEMS WITH THE JOSEPHSON COUPLING.
