Summary
THE METHODOLOGY TO DESIGN THE VERTICAL PELLICULAR ABSORBER OF REFRIGERATING INDUSTRIAL PLANT, USING THE COMPUTER WAS SHOWN IN THIS PAPER. THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL AND CRITERIAL EQUATIONS FOR HEAT AND MASS EXCHANGE, ESTABLISHED BY THE AUTHOR, ARE USED. THE OPTIMAL VALUES FOR SOME DATA MAY BE ESTABLISHED SO THAT REDUCED METAL AND COOLING WATER CONSUMPTION AS WELL AS REDUCED SIZES OF THE UNIT SHALL RESULT. THE UNFAVOURABLE INFLUENCE OF DRY ZONE IS POINTED OUT, BECAUSE HERE STEAM ABSORPTION IS COMPLETELY LACKING.
