EFFECT ON THERMAL COMFORT OF THE AIR FLOW RATE IN EMPTY ROOMS UNDER STABILISED PERIODICAL CONDITIONS. UNDER THESE PARTICULAR CONDITIONS, AN INCREASE IN THE HEAT FLOW RATE IS THE HIGHER AS THE THERMAL INERTIA OF PERIPHERAL WALL IS SMALLER. THE VALUES OF IRREGULAR OPERATION ARE MAINLY AFFECTED BY THE PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PERIPHERAL STRUCTURES AND RELATIVELY LITTLE BY AIR FLOW RATE.
