CONSUMPTION OF FROZEN FOODS IN SEVERAL COUNTRIES IN EUROPE AND IN THE USA IS COMPARED. FIGURES ARE GIVEN FOR THE 1970S AND 1980S. THE GREATEST INCREASE IN CONSUMPTION WAS IN FRANCE, PARTICULARLY: FROZEN VEGETABLES, FRUITS, FRUIT JUICES, MEAT, POULTRY AND POTATO PRODUCTS.
