Controlling pressure in air-cooled condensers.
Druckregelung bei luft-gekühlten Verflüssigern.
Author(s) : NESSEL R.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Again and again, the low ambient temperatures that air-cooled condensers are exposed to lead to plant disruptions. The cause is usually a too small pressure difference over the expansion valve or capillary tube, caused by a low air-inlet temperature at the condenser. Constant liquid pressure is necessary for stable expansion-valve operation.
