Cooling of dead farm animals: regulations.
[In Dutch. / En néerlandais.]
Author(s) : BRAND P. van den
Type of article: Article
Summary
There seems to be a highly promising gap in the refrigeration market: making farmers refrigerate their dead animals. Although this legal obligation is likely to be introduced in the long run, there are a number of snags. The agrarian sector does not particularly favour the idea. The article is about refrigerating dead pigs and chickens.
