Summary
The paper highlights the cost of an abnormally high condensation pressure level, and ways of reducing that pressure, for instance with purging devices that evacuate the non condensable gas out of the refrigerant circuits. Different case studies are investigated, according to the compressor design (reciprocating or screw machines).
