Cryoelectronic applications of pulse-tube refrigerators.
Pulsrohrkühler mit Linearkompressor für Anwendungen der Kryoelektronik.
Author(s) : THUMMES G., YANG L.
Summary
Two models of pulse-tube refrigerators were developed and tested in the context of studies on superconductivity at room temperature. These refrigerators are destined for use by the electronic component industry. Helium is the refrigerant used. Pressure oscillations are maintained using a reciprocating compressor. This article presents performances at 80 K.
