Summary

KINETICS OF INTRACELLULAR ICE FORMATION UNDER VARIOUS FREEZING CONDITIONS WAS INVESTIGATED FOR MOUSE OOCYTES AT METAPHASE II OBTAINED FROM B6 D2 F1 MICE. THE DEPENDENCE OF INTRACELLULAR ICE FORMATION ON THE INITIAL CONCENTRATION OF THE SUSPENDING MEDIUM WAS FOUND TO BE PRONOUNCED.
