CRYOPRESERVATION OF HUMAN FETAL LIVER CELLS AND CLINICAL APPLICATION.
[In Chinese. / En chinois.]
Type of article: Article
Summary
102 CASES OF HUMAN FETAL LIVER CELLS WERE STORED IN LIQUID NIT ROGEN FOR APERIOD OF 1 TO 1,257 DAYS. THE VIABILITY OF CELLS AFTER THAWING, AS EVALUATED BY MEANS OF THE TOTAL NUCLEATED CELLS RECOVERED (98%), THE TRYPAN BLUE EXCLUSION RATE (62%) AND THE CFU-GM RECOVERED (71%), SHOWS THAT THE CRYOPRESERVATION TECHNIQUE IS AN EFFECTIVE MEASURE IN PRESERVING THE CELLS CONCERNED.
