TEST STUDIES SHOW THAT ENTEROBACTERIA IN THE WATER OF SPIN CHILLERS CAN BE DECONTAMINATED BY ADDING 3% HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AFTER 15 MIN, BUT THAT THE DECREASE IN MICROORGANISMS AT THE SURFACE OF POULTRY SKIN RAISES PROBLEMS. R.R.
