THE RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES OF THE REFRIGERATED CABINET SH-0.71 ARE EXAMINED, IN ORDER TO DEFINE THE AIR-TIGHTNESS OF THE THERMAL INSULATION, THE INFLUENCE OF THE DESIGN OF THE TEMPERATURE DIFFERENTIAL TIMER ON THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION, THE EFFICIENCY OF THE HEAT REGENERATION AND THE OPTIMAL LOCATION OF THE THERMOSTATIC EXPANSION VALVE IN THE REFRIGERATING UNIT. PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FORMULATED.
