Summary
In today's scenario, with the demand for power continuously outstripping its supply, and the increasing concern over carbon emissions resulting from generation of thermal power, there is a focus on energy savings in every industry. The HVAC industry, which consumes large amounts of power, is in the forefront of efforts to develop energy efficient solutions. Deep coil cleaning of AHU coils once in two years, followed by fin coating to keep them clean longer, has the potential to not only improve the energy efficiency of the plant, but also to improve indoor air quality, plant life and performance parameters.
