Summary
This paper presents briefly the conditions in a hospital, in terms of untimely microbial contamination. The modes of contamination are analysed. The measures to control contamination are exposed: outdoor air conditioning, heat recovery procedures, intake of outdoor air and elimination of exhaust air, differential pressurization of rooms, etc.
