Author(s) : SEKIYA H., OKAMOTO I., NAKAZAKI I., et al.

Summary

Stirling cooler is built as a alpha-type machine configuration with a crank mechanism using helium as a working gas and has a cooling capacity of 300 W at a cold head temperature of -110 °C. The unit can be easily connected with a refrigeration load at the inlet and outlet in the secondary refrigerant circuit, and it has a cooling capacity of 205 W at the outlet temperature in the secondary refrigerant of -80 °C.
